As Senior Analytics Engineer - GTM, you will report to the Director of Business Intelligence and join a centralized global analytics team. You'll own the data strategy and execution for go-to-market metrics, ensuring accurate, reliable data across sales analytics, headcount planning, quota attainment, and sales effectiveness. Your work will serve as the single source of truth for GTM and growth metrics across the company.
Key responsibilities:
- Drive the GTM data roadmap to build scalable, durable data products
- Build and maintain critical data pipelines and marts powering company-wide GTM metrics including headcount models, quota attainment, and pipeline tracking
- Design insightful, reliable dashboards to track core performance metrics for company-wide visibility
- Collaborate with GTM analyst teams to train and enable them on datasets and data tools
- Write excellent documentation and tutorials
- Work across the full analytics stack from ad-hoc analysis to pipeline architecture
- Build semantic models and run evaluations to power AI tools enabling sales operators to query business data in natural language
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools to move quickly while maintaining clean, maintainable code and documentation
- Communicate complex data concepts clearly through technical specs, dashboards, and presentations to align teams on metrics and definitions
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or analytics engineering
- Deep expertise in data modeling and data warehouse design
- Expert-level SQL skills and experience with columnar analytics databases (Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce's data model and other GTM systems
- Experience with dbt and Git
- Experience with business intelligence tools (Hex experience is a bonus)
- Experience working with sales, sales operations, sales compensation, and finance teams
- Experience building with AI tooling for data (semantic models, context management systems, evals)
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Self-starter with strong self-project management ability
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with business executives and engineers, translating between technical and business stakeholders at IC and senior levels
