Lighthouse is a hospitality AI platform with $370M in Series C funding and $100M+ ARR, serving tens of thousands of hotels across 185 countries. You will join as a Senior AI Solutions Engineer for Marketing, focused on transforming internal operations through AI-driven solutions.
In this role, you will design and implement AI solutions that solve real-world business problems within the Marketing teams. You will collaborate directly with domain experts to understand business challenges, workflows, and opportunities for automation and improvement. Key responsibilities include designing, building, and operating AI agent workflows and integrations to optimize marketing operations for scalability; acting as a key member of the cross-functional AI engineering team to share knowledge, best practices, and successful patterns; working closely with central AI infrastructure engineers to build robust and scalable solutions; pitching ideas and co-creating the roadmap for AI adoption within your domain; and driving projects with a solution-oriented, outcome-focused mindset to ensure technology delivers tangible business value.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong background in Software Engineering and Integration Engineering
- Hands-on experience experimenting with various AI tools and building AI-driven workflows in production
- Proven business understanding and experience working in a business-facing role
- Solution-oriented and outcome-driven mindset, focused on solving problems
- Hands-on and curious nature with interest in learning complex business processes
- Fluent English communication
WELCOMED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Familiarity with Marketing technology (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Experience building on top of LLM APIs (Claude, GPT, Gemini) in production context
- Experience with data platforms such as BigQuery or similar
