JumpCloud is seeking a Salesforce Developer to own the technical solutions powering the business. You will be responsible for cross-system design, integration architecture, and long-term health of the Salesforce platform and its connections to the wider system landscape. This role involves tackling complex technical challenges including high-volume data migrations, intricate debugging, and ensuring systems are scalable, maintainable, and robust.
You will join a highly collaborative, globally distributed Enterprise Systems Engineering team responsible for the reliability of core enterprise applications. The team spans multiple time zones and relies heavily on trust, accountability, and seamless asynchronous communication. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Global Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Finance teams.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that integrate with enterprise systems, managing data migrations at scale, optimizing system performance, and maintaining code quality and documentation. You will think in terms of architecture, performance, and business impact, contributing to the long-term strategic direction of enterprise systems.
