Forward Networks is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to serve as the operational backbone connecting Sales and Customer Success organizations. This role owns the handoffs, shared metrics, and systems that make the full revenue lifecycle (customer acquisition through renewal and expansion) function as an integrated motion rather than disconnected silos. You will partner closely with Sales and Customer Success leadership to design processes, maintain and improve the GTM tech stack (CRM, CS platform, forecasting and reporting tools), and deliver data-driven analysis that informs pipeline, renewal, and expansion decisions. Initially, the focus will be on partnering with Customer Success leadership to drive adoption and retention. Key responsibilities include: partnering with field leadership on territory and account planning, quota setting, and capacity modeling; building renewal and expansion forecasting models to flag at-risk accounts early; designing efficient processes including CRM and CS platform architecture with strong data integrity; owning handoff workflows between Sales and CS (quote-to-cash, onboarding, QBR cadences, renewal); developing reporting and analytics dashboards for pipeline health, forecast accuracy, sales productivity, net revenue retention, and customer health scores; and establishing cross-functional partnerships across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Finance. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Customer Success Operations experience at a B2B software company selling to enterprise or technical buyers, preferably at a growth-stage (Series B-D) company in networking, security, or infrastructure platform software. You should have hands-on familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and CS platforms (Gainsight, Vitally, or similar), proven ability to build clean and reliable reporting and dashboards using tools like Salesforce reports, Looker, or Tableau, and strong analytical and modeling skills with comfort working directly with data. Experience supporting both new business sales motions and post-sale expansion motions (renewals, expansion, customer health) is essential, as is the ability to understand how these teams operate with different rhythms while needing to function in unison.
