As a Renewal Account Executive for the Canadian Mid-Market segment, you will lead commercial strategy for a portfolio of 50–75 high-value accounts per quarter. This role balances efficiency with high-touch strategic negotiation, ensuring customers view Samsara as their long-term partner for physical operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the Canadian Mid-Market segment as the primary commercial lead for 50–75 renewals quarterly
- Managing high-touch accounts ranging from $25k to $300k+, serving as a dedicated expert on the Canadian business landscape and regional market trends
- Leading full-cycle commercial execution from initial quoting through complex negotiations and internal approvals
- Prioritizing 36-month renewal terms to stabilize partnerships and maximize lifetime value
- Maintaining impeccable Salesforce hygiene to provide leadership with scenario forecasting and data-driven insights
- Partnering with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to map expansion opportunities
- Identifying growth opportunities and passing insights back to the business
- Minimizing financial attrition while securing favorable renewal terms
