As a Real-World Data Specialist, you will lead the planning and execution of real-world data studies within Expanded Access Programs and non-interventional studies. Your responsibilities include coordinating with clients, physicians, and site staff to ensure accurate, complete, timely, and compliant data collection. You will monitor RWD collection and completion, identify data discrepancies and quality risks, and coordinate timely resolution. You'll ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and relevant regulatory guidelines, refine SOPs and templates to improve RWD study processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Clinical Operations, Data Management, Commercial) to align deliverables with program goals. You'll also identify opportunities to improve data collection workflows and supporting tools, sharing insights with commercial and client teams.
Success in this role means leading RWD data collection activities for ongoing programs while building trusted relationships with site and client stakeholders. You'll maintain consistent data completion and quality metrics, contribute ideas for process improvements, and be recognized as a reliable partner ensuring data integrity to advance patient access.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in Data Management, Real-World Data, or Clinical Research
- Familiarity with electronic data capture (EDC) systems
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines (certification preferred)
- Proactive, team-oriented mindset with drive to contribute to company impact
