RadixArk is seeking a Product Manager to lead the product strategy and roadmap for their inference and training infrastructure platform. This is a hands-on role that bridges technical depth with product vision, ideal for someone with strong AI/ML infrastructure knowledge and the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear product requirements.
Key responsibilities include defining and prioritizing the product roadmap for inference and training infrastructure, staying current with AI trends including new model architectures and hardware optimizations, and balancing qualitative partner feedback with quantitative performance metrics. You'll collaborate closely with research and engineering teams, participating in design reviews and technical discussions to evaluate trade-offs. A core part of the role is translating complex technical capabilities into clear user stories and actionable deliverables, while serving as a trusted partner to engineering teams to remove blockers and manage scope.
On the growth and engagement side, you'll serve as the main point of contact for early adopters and partners, gathering feedback to guide product iterations. You'll support go-to-market initiatives by creating technical content (blogs, documentation, social assets) and engaging with developer communities. You'll use data and user research to validate hypotheses and measure the impact of product launches.
Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; 3+ years of product management or related technical experience (engineering, solutions architecture) at a software company; and strong technical fluency in AI/ML infrastructure with comfort discussing system architecture and reading technical documentation. Excellent communication skills are essential for explaining complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications include hands-on coding skills (Python, C++, etc.) and open-source contributions; experience creating content for developer audiences or organizing tech events; a data-driven mindset with analytics experience; and experience conducting user research and interviews.
