Via Transportation is seeking a Partner Success Manager for the Central US region, based in Chicago. You will be the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for Via's transportation partners, managing relationships with city and agency leadership across advanced transportation systems.
In this role, you'll own partner success by analyzing service performance data, identifying growth opportunities, and negotiating multi-year contract renewals to drive revenue expansion. You'll serve as an internal advocate for partners, championing new products and capabilities that enable service expansion. Your responsibilities include building deep, long-term relationships; providing strategic guidance on operational, go-to-market, and product issues; and converting partner needs into revenue opportunities for Via.
You'll work with complex, politically sensitive situations while remaining calm and collected. The role requires strong quantitative skills—you'll synthesize performance data into actionable recommendations, though SQL expertise is not required. You're expected to be a self-starter with high responsibility tolerance, thriving in fast-paced environments and viewing setbacks as learning opportunities.
