Celonis is the global leader in Process Intelligence and Process Mining technology. As a Manager of Pre-Sales and Solution Engineering (Value Engineering) for the Nordics region, you will lead a team of Value Engineers responsible for the entire customer value lifecycle—from sales through value realization, renewal, and expansion.
You will own end-to-end customer value journeys, translating strategic customer objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases and evangelizing Process Intelligence across prospects and customers. You'll communicate value opportunities and strategic roadmaps to C-level executives in partnership with sales leadership and Celonis executives, serving as an executive sponsor across the customer portfolio.
Key responsibilities include leading customers through the Celonis Value Journey, supporting deployment of new features and products, and advancing strategic growth programs. You'll host Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) to communicate results and realized value to senior management. You'll direct Value Engineering, Services, and Ecosystem resources, ensuring customer success and architecting improvement measures while pioneering new methodologies.
On the talent side, you'll recruit next-generation Value Engineers, develop world-class talent through hands-on engagement and mentorship, and effectively allocate resources to deliver on sales, renewals, value, and adoption targets. You'll lead by example, demonstrating Celonis Leadership Principles and communicating success and risks proactively.
Required qualifications include deep domain expertise (Finance, Supply Chain, or similar) with experience in strategic transformation initiatives; industry expertise with understanding of C-suite challenges; product expertise guiding customers through their Process Intelligence journey with hands-on ability to build dashboards, apps, and action flows; and strong project management skills.
