AlphaSense is seeking a Manager for Corporate Sales in APAC to lead and grow a team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new corporate customers in the high-growth segment across the Asia Pacific region. This is a player-coach leadership role combining direct sales leadership with hands-on coaching, pipeline management, deal closing, and cross-functional collaboration to drive new business growth.
You will recruit, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of AEs selling into high-growth corporate accounts across APAC. You'll instill a rigorous outbound sales culture centered on excellence—coaching on account prioritization, territory planning, and multi-channel prospecting while fostering accountability and continuous improvement. Through call coaching, enablement, and skill-building, you'll develop the team across pipeline generation, deal strategy, negotiation, and closing.
Key responsibilities include driving pipeline generation, accurate forecasting, and consistent overachievement of ambitious targets while leading from the front on strategic deals. You'll bring structure through CRM excellence, sales metrics, and clear operating rhythms, monitoring KPIs such as pipeline coverage, win rate, sales cycle, and ACV. You'll shape APAC territory strategy in partnership with Pre-Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Marketing, and Enablement teams.
Working cross-regionally and cross-functionally, you'll ensure a unified, customer-centric approach to enterprise accounts. You'll bring field insights into product, pricing, and strategy conversations while building trust with senior client stakeholders. You'll also contribute to commercial planning, influencing headcount, investment, and growth strategy for the region.
