Salary: USD 227,000 - 277,000 / annual

You will build and ship agent-driven chatbot and GenAI workflows that deliver real customer impact. This is an ownership-focused role where you'll own meaningful features end-to-end—from definition and design through implementation, evaluation, and impact measurement. You'll work hands-on with modern AI development tools such as Cursor, Codex, and Claude-style assistants, collaborating closely with product, ML, and engineering teams in a fast-moving, ownership-driven culture. You'll continuously explore better ways to design, iterate, and improve how the company builds with AI.
This is a hybrid position in Mountain View, requiring in-office work 2 days per week. You'll be part of a team building the next generation of AI-powered experiences for financial flexibility.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- Strong foundation in software engineering and thoughtful system design
- Experience writing reliable, durable, and easily maintained code
- Demonstrated ability to proactively identify problems, learn quickly, and take initiative
- Curiosity and growth mindset with experience stretching beyond existing knowledge
- Excitement about GenAI, agents, and the future of AI-assisted software development (hands-on experience is a plus)
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Copilot, Cursor, LLMs) is a plus
