Satori Analytics is a fast-growing scale-up of 100+ tech specialists delivering innovative analytics and AI solutions across industries including FMCG, retail, manufacturing, and financial services. The company operates cloud-based ecosystems and predictive models for global brands, covering the entire data lifecycle from ingestion to AI applications.
You will join as a Low-Code AI Specialist, exploring and applying emerging low-code AI platforms for client solutions. This is a hands-on, consultative role focused on rapid prototyping and solving real business problems.
Key responsibilities:
- Evaluate and experiment with cutting-edge low-code AI platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Claude, Databricks Genie and Agent Bricks, Salesforce Agentforce, and others
- Identify capabilities, limitations, and best practices for these tools in real-world applications
- Build proofs-of-concept and small-scale applications that address genuine business challenges
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand their goals and translate them into viable AI solutions
- Guide clients on production aspects including security, cost monitoring, robustness, maintainability, governance, and Responsible AI
- Act as an internal knowledge hub, sharing insights, patterns, and lessons learned with the team
The role emphasizes customer problem-solving over deep AI engineering or hard coding. You'll work in a hybrid model with flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the European Economic Area, UK, or Switzerland (up to 6 weeks per year), with an office base in Athens for client visits.
Requirements:
- Passion for AI, automation, and no/low-code technologies
- Professional experience with low-code application building and prompt engineering
- Fluency in English and Greek
- Based in Athens area for client visits
- Strong communication skills: ability to translate complex concepts into client-friendly language
- Strategic and analytical mindset with structured thinking
- Self-directed, curious, builder's mindset with strong relationship-building abilities
Bonus qualifications:
- Experience in Retail, CPG, Financial Services, or Energy sectors
- Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Power Platform, Google Agentspace, Amazon Bedrock Agents, Salesforce Agentforce, Databricks Genie, or Databricks Agent Bricks
- Experience with workflow automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier)
- Portfolio of low-code AI applications, agents, or GPTs created professionally or personally
- Experience integrating LLMs via API, MCP, or A2A protocols
- 2+ years of client-facing consulting experience
