Socure is building identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy, verifying identities in real time and preventing fraud. As a Lead People Partner, you'll join the People Team as a strategic HR business partner supporting executive leaders and high-impact teams.
You'll deliver comprehensive people programs, advise on complex employee relations matters, drive organizational effectiveness, and shape a healthy, inclusive culture through strategic partnership. The role leverages full HR lifecycle expertise, employment law knowledge, and people analytics to support business objectives.
Key responsibilities include serving as a strategic advisor to business leaders on talent, organization design, and culture; leading program delivery for people strategy, performance management, and engagement cycles; diagnosing team and leadership effectiveness and proposing targeted interventions; investigating and resolving complex employee relations cases while ensuring compliance; tracking and analyzing people data to identify trends; delivering manager coaching and leadership enablement; partnering on organizational change management and team health planning; developing frameworks for talent succession and advancement; and utilizing AI-enabled HR platforms and survey analysis to inform decision-making.
You'll act as a trusted escalation point for sensitive or high-risk issues, represent the People Partner function in cross-functional forums, and model a positive, inclusive culture through exceptional communication and collaboration.
Required: Bachelor's degree (advanced HR certification or MBA preferred); 6–8 years of HRBP, HR, or people-facing experience supporting senior leaders; in-depth knowledge of HR policies, case management, employment law, and compliance; track record of coaching managers and managing complex employee relations; experience with organizational change, talent strategies, and succession planning; strong communication and stakeholder management skills; proficiency with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and AI/survey analysis platforms; high emotional intelligence; and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
