In this role, you will be responsible for trading and asset technology development, delivering better trading experiences for users and supporting healthy, fast, and stable business growth. You will be deeply involved in the full lifecycle of core features—design, development, testing, and deployment—as well as production data analysis, feature iteration and optimization, and troubleshooting complex issues.
You will master common Java architecture design patterns, performance optimization, and high-availability principles, applying them flexibly to optimize critical system paths. You will think holistically about existing and future systems, planning and building unified frameworks, platforms, and components that scale across the organization. You will track cutting-edge technologies and methodologies, applying innovative approaches to solve technical challenges driven by business needs, using technology to drive business evolution and expand business boundaries.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of development and design experience
- Solid Java fundamentals with strong understanding of IO, multithreading, collections, and core frameworks
- Familiarity with JVM internals
- Proficiency in object-oriented design and development
- Familiar with open-source frameworks (Spring, Spring MVC, MyBatis) with understanding of core concepts and implementation principles
- Extensive hands-on experience with at least one mainstream relational or non-relational database
- Familiar with distributed system design and implementation, including distributed computing, caching, messaging, search, and recommendation mechanisms; able to apply common distributed technologies appropriately
- Proficiency with AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor is a plus
