Koltin is redesigning elder and disabled care in Mexico, offering health memberships that combine preventive clinical care, major medical expense coverage, and wellness/community programs for adults aged 50–84. The company is growing rapidly across the country with a mission to make healthcare more human, accessible, and dignified.
As a Growth Engineer, you will tackle a core strategic question: How do we enable more customers to purchase Koltin independently—from quote to payment—without requiring a sales guide?
You will own the self-service purchase journey, connecting the quote tool, enrollment, consent, signature, payment, HubSpot, and the sales portal into a seamless, high-converting path. This is not a task-execution role. The sales process is a shared construction, especially with Sales, Marketing, and the broader Growth team. Your particular responsibility is designing, building, and measuring the self-service path and conversion experiments: deciding what to build, building it, and measuring whether it works.
Key responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain self-service enrollment
2. Design, launch, and measure conversion experiments
3. Identify where and why prospects abandon the funnel
4. Integrate the process with HubSpot and the sales portal
5. Automate manual work currently done by sales guides and operations
6. Explore AI applications to the sales process
You will have genuine decision-making autonomy within your domain and will not need your leader as a daily integrator. You will have authority to:
- Decide what to build and prioritize within the self-service path
- Design, launch, and stop conversion experiments
- Choose technical solutions and tools
- Speak directly with guides, sales, marketing, and operations
- Roll changes to production gradually
- Recommend which experiments to scale and which to discard
- Propose Growth roadmap priorities
- Escalate decisions with regulatory, platform, or company-wide implications
You are also expected to challenge the team when you believe a decision is wrong.
Success metrics (to be finalized during annual planning with baseline, target, and clear measurement):
- Self-service conversion (40%): quote-to-payment conversion and customers who enroll without guide intervention
- Experimentation velocity and quality (25%): experiment cadence, idea-to-production time, hypothesis clarity, measurement rigor, learning documentation, ability to scale winners and discard losers
- Sales process efficiency (20%): sales cycle reduction, reduced manual work for guides and operations, HubSpot/portal integration quality, production stability, team adoption
Benefits (Mexico-based employees): professional development tools and courses, unlimited private telemedicine (general practitioner, nutritionist, psychologist) for you and 3 family members, fitness access (TotalPass), 9 additional personal leave days annually, major medical expense insurance, work equipment, 700 MXN monthly stipend, and 2,500 MXN one-time support after probation.
Requirements: Not explicitly stated in the posting.
