Ping Identity is seeking a Global SVP & General Manager for Partner Ecosystem to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of the company's global technology partnership program. This is a C-level executive role responsible for transforming Ping Identity's partner ecosystem into a durable, partner-led growth engine that drives significant competitive advantage and long-term revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include defining and refining the global technology partnership roadmap aligned with corporate growth objectives; identifying and prioritizing high-value alliances with cloud providers, global system integrators (GSIs), and independent software vendors (ISVs); embedding partners into core go-to-market motions through co-selling, co-building, and co-delivering with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Experience teams; scaling and mentoring a high-performing global partnership team; leading complex, multi-year partnership negotiations; driving joint solution development for interoperability; owning partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue and pipeline contribution; serving as a thought leader and spokesperson at industry events; and advocating internally for partner needs to ensure engineering roadmaps and sales incentives support a partner-first philosophy.
Required qualifications include minimum 15 years in business development or technology partnerships with 3–5 years in a VP-level or equivalent leadership role; deep knowledge of cybersecurity, Identity and Access Management (IAM), or SaaS landscapes; proven track record building or transforming global partner ecosystems that drive material revenue impact; mastery in structuring complex revenue-sharing, co-selling, and licensing agreements; exceptional ability to influence C-suite stakeholders at global tech companies and internal executive peers; experience managing complex organizational structures with data-driven insights; strong understanding of cloud architectures, API economies, and software integration patterns; track record recruiting and developing diverse, high-performing global teams; and Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
