As Global Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you will own and scale payroll operations across international locations, serving as the critical link between Fever's HR team and external payroll providers. This role combines traditional payroll expertise with strategic HR partnership, requiring someone who can drive process improvements while maintaining accuracy and compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing payroll operations across international locations and liaising with external providers
- Ensuring accurate, timely employee payments and compliance with tax and social security regulations across countries
- Monitoring and reporting on salary costs, analyzing trends to support financial decision-making
- Serving as employee point of contact for payroll, tax, and social security inquiries
- Coordinating with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues
- Overseeing employee benefits administration and identifying new perks to enhance engagement
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the Payroll & Benefits function
You bring 2-3 years of payroll and benefits experience, ideally with international payroll exposure. Advanced English (C1+) is required; additional languages are valued. You're proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, familiar with Google Suite and Microsoft Office, and ideally have Personio experience. Your mindset is proactive, solutions-oriented, and detail-focused, with strong communication and collaborative skills.
