You will build the tools that make Studio—ElevenLabs' video editor—a product people want to live in. This includes developing transitions, color grading, and elements libraries built on top of the in-house engine. You'll also build presets that allow users to achieve desired effects without tweaking numerous individual controls.
The work balances greenfield feature development with polish on the existing editor. Examples include enabling editors coming from Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro to rebind keyboard shortcuts in a single step. You'll write proposals, receive fast feedback, and own features through launch, including the marketing moment.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong frontend engineer with demonstrated experience building complex, interactive UIs
- Full-stack ability to work across the stack; deep backend expertise not required
- Evidence of product responsibility through side projects, open source contributions, or product-facing work
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, startup-style environment and take ownership with minimal hand-holding
