Pogo is hiring a Full Stack Engineer to work on their enterprise AI SaaS product. In this hands-on role, you will own meaningful parts of the product end-to-end, building and shipping user-facing features from conception through production. You'll design, build, and implement AI agents, backend services, APIs, and web UIs while working closely with engineering, product, and design teams to plan and architect solutions. Beyond customer-facing work, you'll partner with functional leaders across GTM, finance, and customer support to design and build internal tools that streamline operations and eliminate manual workflows. This is a fast-moving environment where you'll ship features weekly, get rapid feedback from users and teammates, and iterate quickly based on data and user insights. The team values "Calculated Speed"—the ability to build and ship meaningful work in compressed timeframes while maintaining quality. You'll work cross-functionally with product, design, ops, GTM, data, and customer success teams. The company is at an early stage with a flat structure, so you'll have significant autonomy to run with projects and drive decisions. There is no structured management layer yet, meaning you'll need to be self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity. The culture emphasizes experimentation and rapid pivoting based on what the data and users show. Priorities may shift quickly as the company tackles ambiguous problems without clear-cut answers. The team is composed of top-tier engineers, so your work may be shipped and iterated on by others within days of completion. Compensation and benefits include unlimited PTO with a minimum 20-day vacation policy, and flexible work schedules designed to maximize productivity while accommodating personal priorities. The company expects more than standard 9-to-5 hours at this stage, but trusts team members to manage their own time and recharge as needed. REQUIREMENTS: - 2–4 years of professional full-stack software development experience - Heavy user of AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar) - Stay current with latest AI developments: LLMs, agent frameworks, tooling - Strong product and design taste; clear sense of what "good" looks like - Ownership mindset; comfortable driving entire product areas - Self-management and priority-setting skills - Comfortable moving between frontend and backend as needed - Clear communication and strong cross-functional collaboration, especially in ambiguous situations - Experience building and maintaining production systems used by real users - Comfortable learning new tools and building from scratch - Bonus: Early-stage startup experience or history of building your own products; familiarity with design/animation communities (Animations.Dev, Devouring Details, InterfaceCraft)
