Pogo is an early-stage enterprise AI SaaS company seeking a Full Stack Engineer to own meaningful product features end-to-end. In this hands-on role, you will build and ship user-facing features from conception through production, working closely with engineering, product, and design teams to plan, architect, and deliver. You'll design and implement AI agents, backend services, APIs, and web UIs. Beyond customer-facing work, you'll partner with functional leaders across GTM, finance, and customer support to build internal tools that streamline operations and eliminate manual workflows.
The role emphasizes shipping quickly with a "Calculated Speed" philosophy—iterating and deploying weekly rather than lengthy planning cycles. You'll work cross-functionally with product, design, ops, GTM, data, and customer success teams. The environment is fast-moving and experimental; priorities may shift based on user feedback and data insights. There is no structured management layer yet, so you'll need to be self-directed and comfortable running with ambiguous problems. The company values flexibility and encourages unlimited PTO with a minimum 20-day vacation policy.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of professional full-stack software development experience
- Heavy user of AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar)
- Up to date with latest AI developments: LLMs, agent frameworks, tooling
- Strong product and design taste; clear sense of what "good" looks like
- Ownership mindset; comfortable driving entire product areas
- Self-management and priority-setting skills
- Ability to move fluidly between frontend and backend
- Clear communication and strong cross-functional collaboration, especially in ambiguous situations
- Experience building and maintaining production systems with real users
- Comfort learning new tools and building from scratch
- Bonus: Early-stage startup experience or history of building own products
