The company is scaling rapidly to serve millions of Americans and embedded financial services to employees and frontline workers. As a Fraud Strategy professional focused on Authentication, you will lead the development and execution of data-driven strategies to minimize fraud losses from account takeover (ATO), scams, and social engineering attacks targeting OnePay customers. Your mandate spans the full authentication risk lifecycle: device login risk, profile management, account recovery, passcode reset, and mobile wallet provisioning. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and maintaining authentication fraud prevention strategies covering analytics, tools, capabilities, and operational processes - Conducting independent data analytics using Databricks (SQL, Python) to identify emerging fraud trends and shifting attack patterns - Overseeing fraud monitoring and alerting logic to ensure comprehensive coverage of critical loss vectors while maintaining calibrated, timely alerts - Integrating agentic AI capabilities into risk decision workflows to automate processes and improve both fraud prevention and customer experience - Building and enhancing network/graph analysis strategies to detect collusive fraud rings while minimizing false positives - Collaborating with IT, Operations, Product, and AML teams to investigate and triage authentication fraud incidents - Serving as the subject matter expert on authentication fraud trends, emerging fraudster tactics, and industry best practices You bring 5+ years of direct experience managing authentication risk strategies (device risk, account recovery, profile management). You are highly analytical, with deep domain knowledge of fraud attack vectors and mitigation solutions. You have demonstrated ability building with AI tools—LLMs, prompt engineering, workflow automation, advanced analytics—to drive measurable improvements in fraud loss, operational efficiency, and customer experience. You are proficient in SQL and Python, communicate complex issues clearly to diverse audiences, and operate with an owner mentality.
