Jeeves is a stablecoin-native banking platform serving global enterprises with corporate cards, payments, treasury, and spend management across 35 countries. The company processes over $5B in annualized volume and operates one of the fastest-growing stablecoin payment networks, serving customers like BMW, H&M, Lululemon, Burger King, and others. As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be the technical bridge between Jeeves' product and its most complex customers across Latin America. This is a hands-on engineering role that combines production coding with direct customer engagement at the CFO and Controller level—neither a pre-sales demo role nor pure support. You will own customer integrations end-to-end, building connections between Jeeves and customer ERPs and accounting systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, local tools) using APIs and webhooks. You'll map customer data models (chart of accounts, cost centers, entities, vendors) to Jeeves and keep them synchronized. You'll debug integration issues across the full stack, from API logs to month-end reconciliation, and build reusable integration patterns and internal tools to accelerate each new customer's go-live. You will scope and configure multi-entity, multi-currency setups with customer finance teams, designing stablecoin payment and settlement flows alongside traditional rails (SPEI, PIX, ACH, SWIFT). You'll help customers navigate country-specific compliance requirements such as CFDI (Mexico), NF-e (Brazil), and DIAN e-invoicing (Colombia), working with Jeeves' Compliance and Risk teams to ensure setups remain within regulatory guardrails. You will own the technical side of onboarding for strategic accounts from initial scoping through go-live and adoption. This includes running technical workshops with customer engineering and finance teams (sometimes on-site), writing clear implementation plans, setting timeline expectations, flagging risks early, and serving as the trusted technical escalation point post-launch. You'll turn repeated customer requests into prioritized product feedback, partner with Sales and Account Management on technical discovery and proofs of concept for large deals, and document field learnings (integration guides, edge cases, playbooks) for the broader team. REQUIREMENTS: - 4+ years of professional software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical implementation experience, including at least 2 years in customer-facing technical work - Strong hands-on coding in Python, TypeScript/Node, or Go, with production experience building against REST APIs and webhooks - Solid SQL and data-mapping skills, demonstrated by integrations or data pipelines you've built and supported - Track record of owning a customer project through to go-live, including managing timelines and stakeholders - Professional fluency in English plus Spanish and/or Portuguese - Ability to travel to customer sites in Latin America as needed PREFERRED: - Fintech or payments experience, especially card issuing, payment rails (SPEI, PIX, ACH, SWIFT), or cross-border money movement - Experience integrating with ERP, accounting, or financial systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, QuickBooks, Xero) - Working understanding of finance operations: AP, reconciliation, month-end close, multi-entity accounting - Hands-on work with stablecoin, on/off-ramp, or digital asset infrastructure - Experience with LatAm e-invoicing and tax systems (CFDI, NF-e, DIAN) - Previous forward deployed, solutions architect, or implementation engineer role at a startup - Experience building internal tooling that shortened implementation time
