Jeeves is a stablecoin-native banking platform serving global enterprises with corporate cards, payments, treasury, and spend management. The company processes over $5B in annualized volume, serves customers across 35 countries, and has raised over $400M from top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz, Y Combinator, and Coinbase Ventures.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be the technical bridge between Jeeves' product and its most complex customers across Latin America. This is a hands-on engineering role that combines production coding with direct customer engagement at the CFO/Controller level—not a pre-sales or pure support function.
You will own customer integrations end-to-end: building and shipping integrations between Jeeves and customer ERPs (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, local tools) using APIs and webhooks; mapping customer data models (chart of accounts, cost centers, entities, vendors) to Jeeves; debugging integration issues across systems; and building reusable patterns to accelerate future implementations.
You will design multi-entity, multi-currency payment and treasury flows, combining stablecoin rails with traditional payment methods (SPEI, PIX, ACH, SWIFT). You'll help customers navigate country-specific compliance requirements such as CFDI (Mexico), NF-e (Brazil), and DIAN e-invoicing (Colombia), working with Jeeves' Compliance and Risk teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
You will own the technical onboarding of strategic accounts from initial scoping through go-live and adoption, running technical workshops (sometimes on-site), writing implementation plans, setting timeline expectations, and serving as the trusted technical escalation point post-launch. You will translate repeated customer requests into prioritized product feedback, partner with Sales on technical discovery and POCs for large deals, and document learnings (integration guides, edge cases, playbooks) for the broader team.
This role offers a steep learning curve in fintech, payments infrastructure, and cross-border money movement. You'll work in a high-growth environment where relentlessness and ownership are core values.
Minimum Requirements:
- 4+ years of professional software engineering, solutions engineering, or technical implementation experience, including at least 2 years in customer-facing technical work
- Strong hands-on coding in Python, TypeScript/Node, or Go, with production experience building against REST APIs and webhooks
- Solid SQL and data-mapping skills, demonstrated by integrations or data pipelines you've built and supported
- Track record of owning a customer project through to go-live, including timeline and stakeholder management
- Professional fluency in English plus Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Ability to travel to customer sites in Latin America as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fintech or payments experience, especially card issuing, payment rails (SPEI, PIX, ACH, SWIFT), or cross-border money movement
- Experience integrating with ERP, accounting, or financial systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, QuickBooks, Xero)
- Working understanding of finance operations: AP, reconciliation, month-end close, multi-entity accounting
- Hands-on work with stablecoin, on/off-ramp, or digital asset infrastructure
- Experience with LatAm e-invoicing and tax systems (CFDI, NF-e, DIAN)
- Previous forward deployed, solutions architect, or implementation engineer role at a startup
- Experience building internal tooling that shortened implementation time
