Jeeves is a stablecoin-native banking platform serving thousands of global enterprises across 35 countries. The company processes over $5B in annualized volume and operates one of the fastest-growing stablecoin payment networks, with customers including BMW, H&M, Lululemon, Burger King, Kavak, and XP.
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will bridge Jeeves' product and engineering teams with the company's most complex customers across Latin America. This is a hands-on engineering role combining production coding with direct customer engagement at the CFO and Controller level—neither a pre-sales demo role nor pure support.
You will own customer integrations end-to-end: building and shipping integrations between Jeeves and customer ERPs/accounting systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, local tools) using APIs and webhooks; mapping and syncing customer data models (chart of accounts, cost centers, entities, vendors); debugging integration issues across systems; and building reusable patterns and internal tools to accelerate go-live cycles.
You will design and scope multi-entity, multi-currency configurations with customer finance teams, design stablecoin payment and settlement flows alongside traditional rails (SPEI, PIX, ACH, SWIFT), and help customers navigate country-specific compliance requirements such as CFDI (Mexico), NF-e (Brazil), and DIAN e-invoicing (Colombia). You will coordinate with Jeeves' Compliance and Risk teams to ensure customer setups remain within regulatory guardrails.
You will own the technical side of onboarding for strategic accounts from initial scoping through go-live and adoption, run technical workshops with customer engineering and finance teams (sometimes on-site), write implementation plans, set timeline expectations, flag risks early, and serve as the trusted technical escalation point post-launch. You will translate repeated customer requests into prioritized product feedback, partner with Sales and Account Management on technical discovery and proofs of concept for large deals, and document learnings (integration guides, edge cases, playbooks) for the broader team.
The role is based in Mexico City with flexible hybrid arrangements at the Roma Norte office, and requires travel to customer sites across Latin America as needed.

- Solid SQL and data-mapping skills demonstrated through integrations or data pipelines you have built and supported
