Future is building a personalized health guidance system that combines AI, human expertise, and personal health data to help people understand what to do next for their body and goals, then supports them in turning those decisions into sustained behavior change. You'll serve as Executive Assistant to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, operating as a force multiplier across the company. This is not a traditional administrative role—you'll partner directly with executives and operate with significant autonomy, judgment, and discretion. You'll anticipate needs before they surface, solve problems before they slow things down, and bring structure to ambiguity. Key responsibilities include: **Executive Leverage**: Own complex calendar and inbox management across the leadership team, prioritizing ruthlessly so their time goes to highest-leverage work. Operate as an extension of the executive—prep them for every meeting, remove friction, and coordinate follow-through across teams. **Events, Culture & Merch**: Run company All Hands end-to-end with the People team (agenda, logistics, speaker prep, slides, follow-up). Plan team lunches, offsites, and celebrations. Own merch and gifting strategy—sourcing, vendor management, welcome kits, milestone gifts. Run local events that bring the Future community together. **LA Office Operations**: Run day-to-day office management—supplies, vendors, space maintenance—ensuring it's stocked, polished, and inviting. Host visitors (coaches, partners, candidates) with warmth and polish. **Special Projects & Systems**: Own cross-functional projects requiring coordination across teams. Manage travel logistics with precision. Spot broken workflows and build repeatable systems that increase clarity and speed. You'll work 4–5 days per week in the Los Angeles office. This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity and pace, with no layers between you and the executives you support or the decisions that shape the company. Required: 5+ years supporting senior executives or an executive leadership team in fast-paced environments (startup, high-growth tech, or top-tier strategy/finance preferred). Experience producing executive-grade decks, running All Hands, and executing events or culture moments. Highly organized and anticipatory. Strong communicator with polish to represent the executive team externally. Composed under pressure. Low ego, high ownership. Proficient with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion, and modern project management tools. Nice to have: High-growth startup experience, business operations or chief of staff–adjacent work, merch/events management, genuine interest in health/wellness/fitness.
