Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking an Enterprise Architect to define, govern, and realize the organization's enterprise architecture across Business, Data, Application, and Technology/Platform domains. This is a senior technology leadership role responsible for translating strategic business objectives into cohesive, implementable architectures that are secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective.
Key responsibilities include:
**Business Architecture:** Define and maintain capability maps, value streams, process models, and organizational impact assessments. Align architecture plans with business outcomes and ensure traceability from strategy to delivery.
**Data Architecture:** Establish enterprise data principles, domain models, integration patterns, governance frameworks, and data quality standards. Architect data platforms supporting analytics, AI/ML, and real-time decisioning. Define data ownership, stewardship, lineage, privacy, and security practices. Ensure data designs enable responsible AI with model governance, bias monitoring, and auditability.
**Application Architecture:** Define target-state application architecture emphasizing modularity, interoperability, scalability, and lifecycle sustainability. Promote API-first, AI-native, cloud-native, event-driven, and reusable component patterns.
**Technology Architecture:** Create blueprints for platforms, infrastructure, integration layers, and cloud environments (hybrid/multi-cloud). Ensure patterns support DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code, observability, automation, resilience, and security-by-design. Lead platform and vendor evaluations.
**Governance & Standards:** Establish enterprise architecture policies, standards, reference architectures, patterns, and roadmaps. Lead architecture review boards and initiative checkpoints. Provide guidance on build-vs-buy decisions, risk trade-offs, and technical debt management.
**Security & Compliance:** Embed zero-trust, security-by-design, and regulatory requirements into architecture patterns. Conduct threat modeling and resilience planning. Define strategies for continuity, disaster recovery, and supply-chain security.
**AI Integration:** Use AI tools to model dependencies, identify risks, and optimize designs. Employ generative AI to accelerate documentation, standards creation, and solution design. Define architectural patterns for responsible enterprise AI.
**Execution & Leadership:** Drive innovative realization approaches to shorten cycle time. Guide delivery teams through design, build, and release. Track execution against architecture objectives and validate post-implementation outcomes. Mentor architects, engineers, and product leaders. Serve as strategic advisor to senior leadership on modernization and platform strategy.
