SalesPatriot is a YC W25 company (top 5% growth in batch) building an AI-native supply-chain platform for aerospace, electronics, industrial, and defense sectors. The company has raised $10M+ from investors including Paul Graham, SV Angel, Pear VC, and CRV, and operates with a team of 20 co-living in Warsaw and SF Hacker Houses. The platform replaces legacy systems (email, Excel, disconnected ERPs) with autonomous operations, enabling faster quoting, procurement, and full visibility. The company is currently transacting ~$50M per week through its system and has achieved seven-figure ARR.
In this role, you will lead the Warsaw engineering office, managing a team of approximately 10 full-stack engineers building the customer-facing SaaS platform. You will own hiring, delivery, and code quality while continuing to write code yourself. You'll work directly with the founders, the SF team, and customers. The position is full-time, in-person at the Warsaw office on a 9-9-6 schedule (five days onsite, one remote). You'll set technical direction for an internationally deployed SaaS product, lead and grow the engineering team, and travel up to one week per quarter for SF HQ visits and customer site visits.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of genuine full-stack engineering experience
- 5+ years leading engineering teams of approximately 10 people (ideally in Poland)
- Proven track record building and running internationally deployed SaaS products
- Expertise at the frontier of AI coding; ability to push your team in this direction
- Fluent English
- Comfort working with founders in their early twenties
- Plus: Series A to C startup experience, client-facing work, or experience working outside Poland
