Salary: USD 85,000 - 160,000 / annual

Backed by Sequoia, Kleiner Perkins, LSVP, and Khosla Ventures. As an Engagement Manager, you will be the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for a portfolio of 25-35 enterprise customers. You own the full customer journey from onboarding and implementation through driving measurable outcomes with the Profound platform. Your responsibilities include conducting regular strategic business reviews, proactively identifying opportunities and risks, developing deep understanding of customer objectives, and managing relationships with key stakeholders across marketing, operations, product, and executive teams. You will become an expert in the AI search space and how large language models work, effectively multi-threading customer engagements to mitigate stakeholder turnover risk. You'll partner closely with the Account Management team to ensure value delivery aligns with commercial goals, and collaborate internally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize implementation and resolve technical challenges. Required qualifications include 3+ years of experience working with enterprise customers to drive strategic outcomes in customer success, account management, or consulting roles. You need excellent communication skills with ability to deliver presentations and demonstrations, self-motivation, passion for building strong customer relationships, comfort operating in ambiguous environments, strong analytical mindset with quantitative data skills, ability to own end-to-end processes with critical thinking, and capacity to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Experience in search or marketing industry is preferred.
