Napster is building embodied, multimodal AI agents designed to work alongside people in enterprise environments. The company is seeking a hands-on Enablement & Partner Solutions Engineer to join the Partnerships & Ecosystems team, reporting to Technology Partner Management with functional alignment to Commercial Enablement & Partner Experience. In this role, you will be a builder-first engineer responsible for creating the technical tools, demos, and experiences that enable Napster's sellers and partners to confidently demonstrate, prototype, and deploy AI solutions. You'll work at the intersection of product, engineering, and commercial enablement to scale adoption without proportionally scaling headcount. Key responsibilities include: • Building reusable, high-impact demos that showcase Napster's voice, video, and embodied AI capabilities, with clear setup instructions and guidance for independent use • Creating evaluation environments and hands-on build experiences where sellers and partners can explore products, test ideas, and validate proofs of concept • Engineering agent-led enablement tools such as interactive asset portals, guided onboarding flows, solution discovery assistants, and demo-building utilities • Developing and delivering practical AI-building programs including workshops, build-alongs, and co-creation sessions tailored to different technical skill levels • Building reusable technical components including integrations, agent tools, MCP servers, knowledge layers, custom front ends, and orchestration patterns • Enabling Napster Innovation Hub experiences by building interactive demos for partner events and internal stations, with clear operational guidance • Supporting selected partner prototypes and reference deployments, working cross-functionally to scope integrations and validate high-value use cases • Embedding quality, testing, and responsible AI practices into every experience, including agent behavior validation, access controls, and safety guardrails • Driving adoption by observing how sellers and partners use tools, identifying friction points, and feeding gaps back to Product and Engineering You'll use agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, and Codex alongside Napster's own platform to scope, prototype, and iterate rapidly. The role emphasizes AI-assisted development backed by strong engineering judgment—moving fast without sacrificing code quality, testing rigor, data protection, or maintainability. Requirements: • 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with demonstrated ability to build and debug working applications, connect APIs, manage authentication, and deploy maintainable solutions across front-end, backend, and cloud environments • Practical experience building agentic applications or AI-enabled workflows, with ability to explain decisions around models, tools, context, retrieval, memory, and evaluation • Experience with real-time voice, video, or multimodal applications is valuable • Proficiency with AI coding tools and an AI-native development workflow; ability to inspect, test, and improve AI-generated code rather than simply accepting outputs • Comfort running hands-on sessions, explaining technical concepts clearly, and helping partners work through problems; judgment about when to demonstrate, co-build, or equip for independence • Product mindset with strong ownership; ability to think about usability, reuse, documentation, and adoption; capacity to define practical first versions and iterate based on feedback
