True Anomaly is seeking an Electrical Engineer II to support the design, development, and testing of high-reliability electrical systems for advanced spacecraft programs. The role spans the full hardware development lifecycle—from requirements capture and schematic design through prototyping, bring-up, integration, and production.
Key responsibilities include executing requirements capture, component selection, analysis, and schematic capture; supporting rapid design and testing of spacecraft electrical systems; collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams on system architecture; and participating in preliminary and critical design reviews. You will conduct derating analysis and worst-case circuit analysis, support system-level integration of electrical subsystems including hardware-software interfaces, and perform first-article, unit-level, and production testing.
Additional duties involve developing validation and qualification testing campaigns to ensure reliable hardware, maintaining comprehensive documentation (design specifications, test plans, operating procedures), and supporting hardware through production, integration, and launch. You will collaborate across departments to improve system efficiency, manufacturability, and reliability while ensuring compliance with industry standards and quality assurance processes. The role also includes contributing to continuous improvement of electrical engineering processes and practices.
