Requirements:
- Proven experience leading high-performing engineering organizations with strong managers, clear accountability, deep technical judgment, and consistent delivery.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS), data platforms (Snowflake), and DevOps practices.
- Track record of setting technical strategy, raising operational standards, and building scalable engineering teams.
- Experience with infrastructure optimization, cost management, and capacity planning.

- Ability to balance roadmap progress with production responsibilities and incident response.
- Experience leading complex migrations and managing infrastructure at scale.
