Salary: USD 150,000 - 200,000 / annual
Titan is building AI agents for IT operations, deployed across Managed Service Providers and enterprise customers to monitor, triage, and resolve work across service desks, infrastructure, security, and operations. The company has raised over $100M and automated 100K+ tickets across 400+ customers.
As a Customer Deployed Engineer, you will own the end-to-end delivery of AI agent solutions for enterprise clients. You will scope client workflows, build agents using Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot, create connectors to Microsoft 365 and line-of-business systems, deploy into client tenants with proper governance and security controls, and measure success against baseline metrics. You work directly with client teams, vCAIOs (virtual Chief AI Officers), Forward Deployed Engineers, Product, and GTM teams.
A typical engagement spans four months: Month 1 involves platform setup and baseline shadowing; Month 2 includes vCAIO-led opportunity assessment and workflow scoring; Month 3 delivers the first agent build, deployment, and handover; Month 4+ focuses on maintenance and building additional agents. Example projects include a medical device manufacturer's customer site activation tracker, a hedge fund's investor DDQ responder, and an industrial manufacturer's supplier quality monitor.
You will join opportunity assessments to identify high-impact workflows, scope builds with clear success metrics, build agents and connectors (Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, client APIs, MCP servers), deploy with least-privilege access and audit-ready documentation, measure adoption and impact, and convert successful patterns into reusable templates and skills for future engagements.
Travel is up to 5% for on-site discovery and launch activities.
