Salary: USD 116,400 - 152,775 / annual

Oscar Medical Group is hiring a bilingual Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Virtual Urgent Care team. This is a fully remote position delivering telemedicine services to members through messaging and phone platforms. You will work with a team to diagnose, treat, and follow up with patients virtually, focusing on efficiency and quality of care delivery. The role offers full-time 5-day (8-hour) schedules across day, evening, and night shifts, including 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, and 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM. All schedules require working one weekend every four weeks. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia. While daily work is completed from your home office, occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events. Responsibilities include providing medical care virtually through both phone and message, delivering patient care aligned with Oscar Medical Group guidelines and practices, focusing on efficiency and quality, ensuring patient access to virtual urgent care services, and collaborating with medical assistants, nurses, and other providers across service lines. Requirements: - Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner from accredited program - Board Certification (ANCC for Nurse Practitioners, PA-Certified for Physician Assistants) - Bilingual fluency in Spanish (read, write, and speak); must successfully complete fluency assessment (verbal and written) - Current full practice licensure in at least 3 of the following states: FL, TX, OH, NJ, or GA (active at time of application) - Ability to be licensed in additional states with company assistance - 3+ years experience in primary care, urgent care, ER, or outpatient family medicine practice - 2+ years of telehealth experience Bonus: Licensed in additional OMG states (AZ, CO, CT, IA, IL, KS, MI, NC, NJ, NY, OH, OK, PA, VA).
