You will serve as a module owner responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining backend feature modules for the wealth management business using Golang. This is an individual contributor role with significant technical ownership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and implement backend feature modules for wealth management, independently completing technical solution designs for business requirements
- Participate in system architecture discussions and tackle complex technical challenges with guidance
- Own MySQL database schema design, SQL optimization, and performance tuning to ensure system stability and data consistency
- Develop cache strategies using Redis and implement asynchronous message processing with Kafka to enhance system performance and user experience
- Participate in production monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting to maintain service stability
- Write high-quality technical documentation, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with the team to drive engineering excellence

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of backend development experience
- Solid computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, operating systems, computer networks)
- Proficiency in at least one of: Golang, C++, Java, or Rust
- Familiarity with MySQL (index optimization, transaction isolation, slow query analysis)
- Familiarity with Redis cache design and common pitfalls
- Experience with message queues (Kafka or RocketMQ)
- Understanding of RPC frameworks (gRPC or Thrift) and microservice governance
- Familiarity with Linux operations and troubleshooting
- Proficiency with Git and understanding of CI/CD workflows
Nice to have:
- Experience in finance or wealth management business development
- Distributed systems design experience
- Blockchain-related project development experience
- Proficiency with AI-assisted tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT)
- Personal tech blog, GitHub open-source projects, or community contributions
- Overseas study or work experience
- Strong communication and articulation skills
- Fast learner with ability to quickly understand project requirements
