In this role, you will serve as a hands-on technical expert interfacing directly with clients to plan, scope, and implement the Dragos Platform in customer environments. You will work onsite at critical infrastructure facilities, performing installations and assisting customer partners in monitoring and safeguarding their systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with Dragos Sales and Solution Architect teams to understand customer use cases and success criteria
- Working closely with client teams on network architecture, sensor placement, and system integrations for new sensor deployments
- Coordinating and conducting platform deployments at customer sites
- Partnering with clients to refine applicable use cases and define Dragos platform objectives
- Tuning and optimizing the Dragos platform to meet defined customer objectives
- Developing content and building foundational workflows based on client use cases and value propositions
- Monitoring platform health to ensure continuous availability and performance
- Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues and implementing solutions
- Documenting deployments, configurations, and best practices
