Uplane is building AI technology for the marketing agency of the future, helping companies eliminate waste in advertising through intelligent creative production. The company offers software for static ad creation, video ad creation, landing page design, and related tools.
In this role, you will be a Static Ad Designer working with Uplane's proprietary AI static ad engine to create and deliver high-performing static ads for paid social campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Your work will reach millions of people globally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Using Uplane's self-developed AI static ad engine to design beautiful, effective static ads
- Developing and testing new creative angles, hooks, and visual concepts in live campaigns
- Identifying what performs and scaling successful approaches
- Collaborating with marketing managers and creative designers to execute projects to high standards
- Providing feedback to the product and engineering teams to shape the evolution of the AI engine
This is a full-time position available in San Francisco or Berlin, with options for on-site, hybrid, or remote work. You will be part of a fast-moving, ambitious, and humble team at a VC-backed company.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Passion for design and creative work
- Years of experience designing static ads
- Work experience in paid social or performance marketing campaigns
- Fast learner, hard-working, and stress-resistant
- Curious and excited about AI (not afraid of it)
- Fluent English
