ScreenPoint Medical is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to lead the company's internal AI tooling and automation initiative. This hybrid role combines two critical responsibilities: designing and shipping AI-powered tools that accelerate internal workflows, and owning the cloud infrastructure (AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD) that makes those tools production-grade and reliable. You will identify high-impact internal processes ripe for automation, collaborate with stakeholders to understand their pain points, build AI-powered solutions using LLM APIs and agent frameworks, and drive adoption across teams. You'll integrate modern AI capabilities—including RAG, orchestration frameworks, and automation—into internal tools and pipelines. Equally important, you'll own the platform underneath: designing GitOps-based CI/CD pipelines, managing Kubernetes deployments, scaling, observability, and cost optimization. You take full ownership from idea through production support, shipping fast and iterating based on real user feedback. This is not a split role; DevOps expertise is what enables you to move AI tooling from prototype to something colleagues rely on daily, safely and at scale. You are a self-starter who can lead end-to-end, inventing solutions and driving change rather than executing tickets. ScreenPoint Medical develops breast image analysis and machine learning applications that improve cancer detection and survival rates. The company is Series C-funded and growing rapidly in the regulated healthcare software space. **Requirements:** - 7+ years of DevOps experience supporting cloud development, with 1–2 years focused on AI enablement and tooling - Demonstrated experience building with AI/LLM tooling (APIs, agent/orchestration frameworks, automation) OR strong software engineering skills with clear momentum toward AI tooling - Hands-on DevOps proficiency: AWS, Argo, Jenkins, Git, Terraform, CI/CD pipeline design, Infrastructure-as-Code - Solid, practical knowledge of Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, troubleshooting, cluster operations) - Self-starter mindset with track record of inventing solutions and driving organizational change **Preferred qualifications:** - BitBucket experience - Background in regulated or healthcare software environments
